I completed an LLB Hons Degree in European Law and Languages followed by the Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England, Bristol. I worked as a paralegal at a London firm before commencing my training contract here at Whitehead Monckton.
I qualified in 1998 and became a Partner in 2004. I then became an Associate Director when the firm incorporated to a Limited Company in April 2014. I now head up the firm’s Tax and estate planning team.
I am delighted to offer my expertise and advice to Docklands Solicitors’ clients following our merger with them in October 2016.
I have expertise in:
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Court of protection deputyship
trust creation and administration
I am a member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE). I am a Trustee of the Whitehead Monckton Charitable Foundation as well as a Dementia Friends Champion.
What my clients say:
"Thank you for an excellent service. Everyone I met was helpful, courteous and prompt and a credit to the firm. All was concluded quickly and it was a pleasure dealing with you".
When out of the office:
My spare time is taken up driving my sons around the county to play rugby or watching my daughter in her various shows. If I ever get any time to myself I like to go for a run, preferably along the seafront in Deal!
