I joined Whitehead Monckton in 1989, became a partner the following year and then a Director, when the firm incorporated in 2014. I am now a Consultant specialising in dispute resolution and contract matters. I completed the degrees of B. Juris, LL. B (Hons) and LL. M in Australia, and obtained a Diploma of European Law at Kings College, London. My legal training was completed in Oxford, and I am qualified to practice law in both England and Australia. For a number of years I was Visiting Lecturer in Contract Law at the University of Lille, France.
