With four offices: Maidstone, Canterbury, Tenterden and our newly opened office in Canary Wharf.  We are rapidly growing and have the commitment and desire to grow further.

Our Maidstone Office

Maidstone is located right in the Kent Downs, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and forms part of the North Downs.  Maidstone is a heritage market town in the heart of Kent with a wealth of attractions, stunning countryside and fantastic shopping.

The schools in Maidstone are ranked as ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, plus Kent still has grammar schools. Maidstone is close to all the London universities, plus Canterbury also has two well-regarded universities, the University of Kent and Canterbury Christchurch University.

Maidstone offers a great range of amenities and transport connections.

Our Tenterden Office

Tenterden has reams of heritage with a beautiful High Street lined with historic houses, shops restaurants and pubs. Tenterden has been named as one of the Top Ten places to live in the UK. By using the fast train from Ashford, London is only a one hour commute. Making  Tenterden a gateway to London.  Whilst Tenterden itself is not in the Cranbrook School Catchment, the villages around often do fall within this catchment

Our Canterbury Office

Canterbury is the second most visited City in England and is fast-becoming one of the most desirable places to live and work.  Our office in Watling Street is right in the centre of the City and is an easy commute from outlying villages.

Canterbury has a spectacular cathedral, beautiful parks and gardens, fantastic shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities as well as being only 10 minutes from the sea.

Our London Office

Docklands solicitors was formed in 2005 to provide bespoke legal expertise to individuals who live and work in this thriving area known as "Docklands".  October 2016 saw the Whitehead Monckton merger.

Located right in the centre of Canary Wharf, the offices are conveniently located on Admirals Way, with a main entrance on the waterside.   Canary Wharf is fast becoming the preferred choice for the city's professionals to settle.  There are so many things to see and do in the area meaning residents can live, work and play all within the E14 postcode.

The office is just a 2 minute walk from both Canary Wharf Tube station or Heron Quays station on the DLR.

Whether in Kent or London all our offices offer a friendly and pleasant working environment, with the majority of our staff being located in our Maidstone office.  Whitehead Monckton supports flexible working practices, implements family friendly initiatives and assists employees to achieve a balance in their work commitments and their life outside of work.  Many law firms claim this, but few in practice deliver.
