Sarah studied at
Kings College London and then obtained a LLM from UCL and SOAS with
a specialism in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Sarah qualified in
2003 and joined Docklands Solicitors as a Senior Consultant in 2010.
Sarah trained with a City based firm and was later head hunted by
another well established firm then worked as a part-time Senior
Associate at a niche Property firm in the City before joining
Docklands Solicitors.
Sarah’s main area of practice is Commercial Property. This ranges
from acquisitions and disposals to complex site assembly projects.
Sarah has significant experience and expertise in acting for
landlords and tenants on lease grants, renewals and associated
licence work. The types of property include offices, retail and
industrial units, hotels, restaurants, brownfield and greenfield
sites. Recently Sarah has acted for a large Landowner in the
Docklands area on granting leases and a major site assembly for a
proposed development scheme.
