- Resolving disputes through the process of mediation
I am also accredited by the London School of Mediation to act as a civil and commercial mediator and welcome appointments to act as a mediator.
Listed as a leading individual for Litigation in Chambers for 2016 (receives instructions in commercial property, sale of goods and professional negligence claims. He is praised for his "meticulous preparation" of cases.)

“I am enormously grateful for the amount of time and energy you have given and we remain hugely in your debt”.
"The result remains a very positive one. Thanks again for your contribution”
“Really appreciated you agreeing to help us as there is no doubt your presence and input at the mediation helped enormously with being able to sort everything out and get an agreement signed on the day”.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your invaluable advice and help during this stressful time.”
When out of the office:
I have lived in Kent since 1995 and am married with two young children who keep me very busy in my spare time. However, I do venture on to the golf course when time permits!
