Two new members join Whitehead Monckton’s Management Team
Leading Kent law firm, Whitehead Monckton is delighted to announce that Alexander Bak and Marsha Marriner have joined its management team as Associate Directors.
Alex, based at the Maidstone office, specialises in commercial property, having qualified in 2006. In addition to his property expertise, Alex also specialises in alcohol licensing and acts for both individual and corporate clients, applying his licensing experience to leisure property transactions. He is also able to act on behalf of clients in relation to all types of licensing applications and hearings.
Marsha joined Whitehead Monckton’s property department in 2004 and acts for a diverse range of clients in the commercial, private and rural sector. Marsha is based at the Canterbury office and also heads up the rural team.
