Nazia qualified in 1998.  She has a keen interest in divorce and financial settlement cases and in particular those that have a foreign element. Nazia enjoys resolving complex financial cases. She is a Resolution accredited specialist in financial matters and domestic abuse.

Nazia has helped Women's Refuges, appeared on televised, provided lectures on domestic violence and children's law. Nazia has presented lectures to other members of the profession including on behalf of the Law Society. Nazia was invited to respond to the Law Commission's proposals on reforming the law for cohabitees.  Nazia has a Masters in law with a specialism in personal divorce laws and financial settlements. and is contacted by journalists and other professionals seeking                                             information on non-recognised marriages.
