Hourly charge
For all other types of cases you will be charged at an hourly rate
for the amount of time spent on your case according to the
solicitor’s experience. Our hourly rates are very competitive given
our expertise and panel accreditations.
You will be given a cost estimate at the start of your case which
will be revised as the case progresses. The eventual cost will
depend on how early your case settles or whether it proceeds to
court.
We will always do our best to resolve your case smoothly and without
incurring unnecessary legal fees. Our computerised system enables us
to inform you of your fees position at any time.
We also offer a family law publicly funded service (legal aid) if
